About the Role

What You'll Do

• Provide consultation on entrepreneurial bank accounts and loans, assisting clients in their business success.
• Engage in sales activities to promote banking products tailored to client needs.
• Conduct client communications, negotiations, and maintain strong relationships.
• Identify and acquire new clients, facilitating contract agreements.
• Personalize the sale of various banking products and services.
• Manage overdue accounts and perform monitoring activities.
• Complete branch-specific tasks as required.

Requirements

• At least a secondary education.
• User-level computer skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Open-minded and flexible personality with a willingness to learn.
• Business and sales-oriented mindset.
• Dynamic, results-driven, and success-oriented attitude.

Nice to Have

• Banking experience.
• Familiarity with related business sectors.
• Conversational English language skills.
• Certification from the Hungarian National Bank (MNB) (Capital Market / PSZKT / Insurance Intermediary).
