Senior DevSecOps /​ Cloud Engineer - Fully Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps / Cloud Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure while implementing DevSecOps practices. What You'll Do

• Design and implement secure cloud architectures and DevSecOps practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline deployments.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and remediation workflows to maintain security compliance.
• Coordinate incident response efforts and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Integrate security logging and monitoring solutions to enhance visibility and security posture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Security.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• 3+ years of experience supporting NIST 800-53 / FISMA control implementations.
• Required certifications: Security+ (or CISSP/CISM).
• Experience with Okta/MFA integration patterns and least privilege/RBAC implementation.

Nice to Have

• Cloud DevOps certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience with security incident response coordination.
