Senior DevOps/​MLOps/​Data Engineer - Azure Remote

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior DevOps/MLOps/Data Engineer (Azure Remote) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-native data and AI platforms on Microsoft Azure. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML deployment projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and YAML.
• Manage end-to-end deployment pipelines across Development, QA, and Production environments.
• Lead the deployment of AI/ML models into production using automated pipelines.
• Implement model lifecycle management including training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Automate infrastructure using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Develop scalable API-based inference endpoints.
• Monitor model performance, drift, and retraining strategies.
• Ensure platform reliability, monitoring, and incident response.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in DevOps/MLOps/Data Engineering.
• Strong expertise in the Azure ecosystem (ADF, Databricks, ADLS, Azure SQL).
• Proven experience in deploying AI/ML models into production and building end-to-end deployment pipelines.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, YAML, and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure AI Search / Azure AI Foundry.
• Exposure to event-driven architecture (Event Grid, Service Bus).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
