About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our innovative team at Golden Equity Investments. You will work with large datasets, transforming complex data into actionable insights that will shape our strategies and solutions.

What You'll Do

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform business strategies.
• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models to enhance predictive capabilities.
• Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate assumptions and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business units, to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve data models and pipelines to ensure high-quality data delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data science and machine learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data science or analytics roles, with a strong focus on machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of statistics and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with SQL and data querying, with familiarity in big data tools like Spark or Hadoop being a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the finance or investment sector.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
