What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts, focusing on Payroll solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify potential risks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer issues promptly.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and understand their business needs to create tailored success plans.
- Act as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback and prioritizing product requirements based on urgency and revenue impact.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer requests and drive adoption of platform features.
- Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Host regular business reviews to assess partnership success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in customer success or account management.
- Experience in fast-growth startups, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Quantitative skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
- A reliable, motivated self-starter with a proven track record of achievement.
- Fluency in Dutch is preferred, with global payroll experience being a plus.
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
- Curiosity and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the global workforce.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL or similar data manipulation tools.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry.
- Knowledge of global payroll processes and compliance.
