What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts, focusing on Payroll solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer issues promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and understand their business needs to create tailored success plans.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by collecting feedback and prioritizing product requirements based on urgency and revenue impact.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer requests and drive adoption of platform features.
  • Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Host regular business reviews to assess partnership success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in customer success or account management.
  • Experience in fast-growth startups, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Quantitative skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Fluency in Dutch is preferred, with global payroll experience being a plus.
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
  • Curiosity and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the global workforce.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQL or similar data manipulation tools.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of global payroll processes and compliance.
