Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in shaping the compensation and benefits strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and align with our organizational goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and administration of compensation and benefits policies for the IDB Group.
• Oversee the HR services organization, including payroll, taxes, visas, and service center operations.
• Develop annual compensation proposals ensuring alignment with the People Strategy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the transformation of HR services delivery to support the IDB Group's strategic objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective governance and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in senior-level HR roles, focusing on compensation and benefits.
• Proven experience in leading transformational organizational changes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in large data sets.
• Strong communication skills to influence decision-makers at all levels.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
• Experience in multilateral development organizations.
• Familiarity with SAP HR systems.
