About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our cloud infrastructure across various platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our systems and data while supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality services to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement robust security measures for cloud environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into the DevSecOps lifecycle.
- Monitor cloud environments for security incidents and respond to threats in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud security engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience with security tools and technologies including IAM, SIEM, and DLP.
- Familiarity with container security using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of implementing security best practices in cloud environments.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or equivalent.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
