Senior Client Executive - International Asset Management Sales
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Client Executive - International Asset Management Sales to join our team at SEB in Luxembourg. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our international sales presence across the DACH and Benelux regions. As a key member of our Asset Management division, you will leverage your extensive network and expertise to drive growth and client engagement.
What You'll Do
- Utilize your established institutional investor network to enhance the distribution of SEB Asset Management’s investment capabilities across the DACH region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and institutional investors, including pension funds, insurers, banks, wealth managers, and asset managers.
- Develop a deep understanding of client investment needs, portfolio construction, and decision-making processes.
- Lead and support client onboarding, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Provide valuable support in crafting responses to RFPs and DDQs, showcasing SEB Asset Management’s strengths and capabilities.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients through regular dialogue, reporting, and market updates, including developments in sustainable investing.
- Shape our asset management products to match the evolving needs and requests of our clients.
Requirements
- Established institutional investor network in the DACH region.
- At least 10 years of experience within asset management and fund distribution.
- Solid understanding of liquid and/or alternative investment strategies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; fluency in English and German is required, additional European languages are a significant advantage.
- A commercial mindset, strong self-motivation, and the ability to work independently within a lean, experienced team environment.

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the asset management industry.
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management.
