Housekeeping Assistant - Service Recovery

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Assistant - Service Recovery to join our dedicated team. This role is not remote, and you will need to be able to commute to our location in Ballymahon, Longford, Ireland.

What You'll Do

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest accommodations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Perform deep cleaning duties, including stripping and remaking beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting.
• Carry out general housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping patios, and checking inventory.
• Report any technical or quality faults to the Housekeeping Team Leader.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to uphold the standards of our accommodations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in the cleaning industry is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Ability to reliably commute to Center Parcs Longford Forest.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
