Process Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our manufacturing processes, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to innovative projects.

What You'll Do

• Conduct data analysis of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement technical projects aimed at enhancing safety, productivity, and quality in production.
• Create and maintain documentation and guides used in the manufacturing process.
• Engage with equipment suppliers to negotiate and improve production capabilities.
• Make decisions and take responsibility for changes in processes.
• Produce samples, analyze data, and evaluate manufacturing processes and experiments.
• Address quality issues within the manufacturing process.
• Communicate with sister companies abroad to assess and implement technical improvements.
• Introduce new products into the manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and ability to read technical documentation.
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of automation in manufacturing is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Certifications in Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
