Caregiver (m/​f/​d) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver (m/f/d) to join our team remotely. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of residents, providing support and assistance in their daily activities. What You'll Do

• Provide individual care and support to residents, enhancing their quality of life.
• Assist in daily living activities and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote community participation.
• Document care and support activities using a PC-based system.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
• A valid health certificate and background check are required.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of assisting individuals with disabilities.
• Driver's license (Class B) is a plus.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
