Senior Business Development Executive - Remote Role

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our team remotely. This role is perfect for someone who has built their career on winning complex deals and navigating ambiguity. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for consistently delivering results in demanding sales environments.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle – from outbound prospecting to closing complex deals.
• Build and develop your pipeline through targeted outbound activities.
• Lead discovery sessions, engage multiple stakeholders, and understand business needs.
• Drive deals forward in a structured and proactive way.
• Create tailored proposals, lead negotiations, and close deals with an average contract value of €20K+.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• A proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
• Comfortable operating in longer sales cycles.
• Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to take full ownership of the pipeline and consistently deliver against targets.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to position value effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling complex or technical solutions.
• Familiarity with various sales methodologies.
