About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Leader to join our team at Agoda. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while owning Agoda's brand presence across Asia. As a Senior Brand Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and identity of a global brand.

What You'll Do

• Define and own global branding strategy, setting long-term ambitions and translating them into measurable priorities across markets.
• Build scalable creative platforms that strengthen Agoda’s distinctiveness in Asia and deliver campaign-ready ideas.
• Oversee multi-market brand media budgets including TV, OOH, YouTube, Meta, and Digital Video.
• Run and manage brand health studies to prove commercial contribution through data and testing.
• Integrate practical AI into marketing workflows to speed execution and improve precision.
• Lead and influence a high-performing regional brand and media team, engaging with C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 10+ years in senior brand or agency roles.
• Deep experience overseeing multi-market brand campaigns and significant media investments.
• Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems and structured testing frameworks.
• Proven track record connecting brand investment to commercial outcomes through data-driven tests.
• Experience in presenting to C-level stakeholders and influencing investment decisions.
