About the Role

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Jetpack Compose, ensuring institutional-grade reliability with consumer-grade polish.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery, coordinating with backend and product teams for seamless API integration.
• Contribute to and uphold strong architectural patterns, setting the standard for the team.
• Write production-level Kotlin code daily, actively engaging with the codebase.
• Debug complex issues across various devices and OS versions to deliver flawless user experiences.
• Champion Android best practices in performance, security, accessibility, and offline functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with teammates to continuously raise the bar on quality.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of Android development experience with a proven track record of shipping apps.
• Deep expertise in Jetpack Compose and Kotlin, with a solid understanding of modern Android UI development.
• Strong architectural thinking, familiar with MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with API integration, including RESTful services and authentication flows.
• Performance awareness, with skills in profiling and optimizing applications.
• Security mindset, knowledgeable in Android security best practices.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical decisions and translate product requirements into engineering solutions.
• Self-driven and remote-ready, thriving with autonomy and productivity in a remote setting.
