About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Workflow Engineer to join our innovative team at Budgetly. This remote position focuses on enhancing internal workflows through AI, ensuring our revenue teams operate efficiently and effectively. You will play a pivotal role in transforming how we manage business expenses and improve financial decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and systems that streamline processes such as prospecting, deal progression, onboarding, and retention.
• Work closely with revenue owners to identify friction points and develop solutions that enhance execution quality.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable systems and tools.
• Act as a mentor and educator, teaching teams how to leverage these systems effectively.
• Continuously iterate on existing workflows to improve performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with experience in production environments.
• Proficient in systems thinking, particularly in designing feedback loops and identifying pipeline failures.
• Experience with CRMs, automation platforms, or AI tools.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and define what success looks like.
• Familiarity with AWS, Typescript, PostgreSQL, and serverless microservices is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of modern serverless architectures and legacy systems.
• Experience in teaching or influencing others to adopt new technologies.
