About the Role

We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in building secure, production-grade systems that leverage advanced technologies such as Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), diarization, and Large Language Models (LLMs). What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain AI systems that are used by regulated financial institutions, ensuring high standards of security and compliance.
• Take ownership of features from design through deployment, including frontend and backend components, AI pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with a small, high-trust team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Utilize your strong Python engineering skills to ship production systems effectively.
• Engage with AI technologies, including LLMs and NLP, to enhance our product offerings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in AI engineering or related fields.
• Strong fundamentals in Python and experience with shipping production systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, speech-to-text, or NLP.
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, AI integration, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to independently own features from design to deployment and testing.
• A curiosity and willingness to learn about complex, security-sensitive domains.
