Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team at Kit, a leading email-first operating system designed for creators. This Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to build and optimize our affiliate program, helping creators monetize their audiences effectively.

What You'll Do

• In your first week, you will gain access to PartnerStack and existing affiliate dashboards, reviewing current program performance and partner mix.
• By the end of your first month, you will audit the affiliate program to identify high-impact opportunities and develop a strategic plan.
• Within six months, you will execute your strategic plan, aiming to achieve quarterly MRR targets from affiliates.
• In your first year, you will deliver $1M in new ARR through strategic partner recruitment and program optimization.
• You will build community-first engagement strategies that foster genuine relationships with our affiliates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in affiliate, partner, or influencer marketing.
• Proven track record of building or turning around affiliate programs.
• Experience in proactive partner recruitment and activation.
• Strong skills in community building and engagement strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize performance using metrics and dashboards.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in PartnerStack is a plus.
• Experience managing webinar partnership programs.
• Direct experience working with creators and understanding their motivations.
