About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Tide. This remote role offers the opportunity to engage with small business customers and help them navigate their financing options effectively. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in our mission to support SMEs in saving time and money, allowing them to focus on what they love.

What You'll Do

  • Contact, engage, and manage small business customers through their application process.
  • Build and nurture relationships with our commercial lending partners.
  • Articulate the Funding Options proposition and service confidently.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of business finance to understand various lenders and products.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date information on prospects in Salesforce.
  • Monitor trends and enhance customer profiles in Salesforce.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competition.
  • Share success stories and insights with the wider organization through relevant communication channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Finance Specialist or in a similar customer-facing sales role.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented work ethic with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, able to work under pressure.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to engage and establish strong working relationships.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a Commercial Finance Brokerage.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of the UK SME finance landscape.
