About the Role

We are seeking a Security Intelligence Analyst remote to join the European Investment Bank (EIB). This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment while focusing on security risk management. As a Security Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical security risk reporting and developing data-driven threat assessments to help manage security risks both in Luxembourg and abroad.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise a small team of embedded security consultants, focusing on security information and mission security assessments.
  • Collect, evaluate, and analyze security-related information from various internal and external sources.
  • Produce structured threat assessments, situation reports, and intelligence products.
  • Conduct corporate security risk assessments for projects, offices, missions, and travel.
  • Support incident response and crisis coordination with intelligence inputs.
  • Participate in daily security briefings and support operational security measures.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities or institutions.
  • Build an intelligence network with other EU institutions, international organizations, and NGOs.

Requirements

  • University degree (minimum Bachelor’s) in security risk management, political science, international relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in threat/risk analysis, intelligence, national security, law enforcement, or corporate security.
  • High level of stress tolerance in challenging situations.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and/or French, with a good command of the other language.
  • Certifications in risk analysis or physical security are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of additional EU languages.
  • Experience in crisis management and incident response.
  • Familiarity with security technologies and practices.
