Sales Support Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and creating tailored offers. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will actively expand and maintain customer relationships while supporting strategic key account activities to strengthen sales. What You'll Do

• Handle customer inquiries independently and create customized offers.
• Actively develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Support the implementation of strategic key account activities to enhance sales.
• Maintain article data and continuously optimize sales processes in SAP.
• Provide competent telephone and written support to our customers.
• Monitor and track delivery processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and clarify customer concerns and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and events.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or a degree.
• Professional experience in comparable areas.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, especially for trade fairs.
• Strong service orientation and a high level of organizational skills.
• Team spirit, reliability, and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations.

• Experience in sales support or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of the industrial tech sector.
