Content & Community Specialist - Remote B2B Marketing
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content & Community Specialist remote to join our expanding marketing team at Frenus GmbH. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape Frenus' digital presence through high-quality content creation, research, and community engagement across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Beehiiv, and our Webflow blog. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, marketing team, and leadership to develop compelling content that resonates with our target B2B audiences.
What You'll Do
- Identify and analyze high-quality LinkedIn posts from our ideal customer profiles across key industry topics such as B2B Marketing, Smart Manufacturing, Next-Gen Vehicles, and Private Equity & M&A.
- Surface trending topics, popular posts, and industry hype to inform content creation and community engagement strategies.
- Research, structure, and support the publication of 15 bi-weekly newsletter editions across LinkedIn and Beehiiv, ensuring content is structured, visually appealing, and valuable to readers.
- Draft and manage Beehiiv newsletter editions, maintaining a consistent voice and high engagement levels.
- Write and publish concise, optimized summary articles for each newsletter edition on the Webflow blog, enhancing SEO and readability.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging topics in B2B tech, digitalization, and consulting to keep content relevant and timely.
- Support the creation of LinkedIn posts, comments, and community interactions, employing best practices to foster engagement and dialogue.
- Assist in organizing and promoting online events such as webinars and roundtables, integrating these activities into the content calendar to maximize reach and participation.
Requirements
- Proven experience with LinkedIn as a platform for content, outreach, or community management within a B2B context.
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, and Beehiiv, understanding their capabilities and limitations.
- Ability to manage high-volume content production, including creating 15+ newsletter editions per week across various verticals, while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages tailored for a European B2B audience.
- Experience in content creation, editing, and polishing to ensure professional presentation and impact.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Enthusiasm for researching industry trends, emerging topics, and competitive insights to inform content strategy.
- Team-oriented mindset with proactive communication, openness to feedback, and a collaborative approach.
