About the Role

What You'll Do

• Assist in the monthly processing of pay slips for various clients.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for companies and employees.
• Manage INPS and INAIL fulfillments, including CU and 770 forms.
• Calculate contributions and assist in ongoing monitoring of Italian and international regulations.
• Work closely with KPMG's Accounting teams to support administrative activities.

Requirements

• A degree in business or legal subjects.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and contributions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
