As a Sales Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and empowering sales teams.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative support to account managers and sales teams, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage customer order data accuracy for Billing, Delivery, and other departments.
• Handle billing profile changes, novations, credit notes, and site code updates.
• Validate invoice dates and billing amounts to ensure accuracy.
• Support internal projects requiring sales administration expertise.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of business experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams such as Solution Engineering and Product Management.
