Sales Student Assistant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Student Assistant to join our team at Junglück. This remote opportunity allows you to engage with customers and help them find the perfect skincare routine while gaining valuable experience in the retail industry.

What You'll Do

• Act as a brand ambassador for skin health, providing personalized consultations to customers.
• Create an inviting atmosphere in our store, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and inspired.
• Become an expert on our product portfolio, communicating the values of our ingredients authentically.
• Understand store KPIs and contribute to the economic success of our store through targeted sales efforts.
• Collaborate with the store team to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited university in Germany for at least one more semester.
• Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in cosmetics or premium products.
• Proactive attitude and hands-on mentality, with a love for engaging with people.
• Strong team player capable of building trust with customers and colleagues.
• Availability for 10-20 hours per week, including Saturdays and weekdays until 7 PM.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Knowledge of skincare products and trends.
• Fluency in additional languages.
