About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join Atika Pharma, a highly motivated and results-oriented pharmaceutical laboratory. As a Sales Representative, you will promote and sell our products to doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals in your assigned area. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact in the pharmaceutical industry.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and other key stakeholders, primarily in the areas of neurology and psychiatry.
  • Present and promote Atika Pharma's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, highlighting their benefits and technical features.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to identify sales opportunities and generate new business.
  • Provide technical and scientific information about products to healthcare professionals, effectively addressing questions and inquiries.
  • Organize and participate in events, congresses, and promotional activities to increase the visibility of the company and its products.
  • Maintain careful tracking of sales and prepare periodic reports on progress and results achieved.
  • Stay updated on trends and developments in the pharmaceutical field to provide professional and current advice to clients.

Requirements

  • University degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields (relevant sales experience will be considered if this requirement is not met).
  • Previous experience in the territory, including visits to private hospitals and clinics.
  • Experience in neurology, psychiatry, and pharmacy specialties is valued.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish effective relationships with clients.
  • Results-oriented with negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the health industry in general.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the assigned area.
