What You'll Do

• Engage potential clients and present our services to close new memberships.
• Follow up on leads until conversion, ensuring a seamless sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide tours of the club to showcase facilities and answer any questions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.
• Manage client databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the team to meet club objectives and enhance the member experience.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness, retail, or service sectors.
• Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
• Interest and knowledge of fitness equipment, classes, and programs.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset focused on customer experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Organizational skills and efficient time management.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fitness club or gym environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong networking skills within the fitness community.
