About the Role

What You'll Do
- Learn and apply the NEPQ-based consulting system to enhance your sales skills.
- Independently manage B2C deals, guiding clients through the sales process.
- Qualify and advise clients using a comprehensive needs analysis.
- Structure offers and secure closures to meet sales targets.
- Maintain your sales pipeline and KPIs using Pipedrive.
- Participate in onboarding and matching processes to ensure client satisfaction.
- Iterate on sales scripts and playbooks to improve sales effectiveness.
- Work flexible hours that prioritize your personal growth and learning.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university (Bachelor or Master).
- Strong sales drive with a hunter mindset.
- Fluent in German (C1/C2); Swiss German is a plus.
- Open to feedback and eager to improve your skills.
- Reliable in managing tasks and appointments effectively.
- Available to start immediately.
