About the Role

We are looking for an Alternant Innovation Program Management to join our dynamic team at Manitou Group. This remote opportunity allows you to engage in a work/study training program while contributing to innovative projects that shape the future of our organization. As an intern, you will be part of the Program Management & Open Innovation team, where you will play a crucial role in fostering innovation and collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Manage and animate the innovation platform, ensuring active engagement from innovation players.
• Update and enhance the innovation process, including auditing existing procedures and deploying a project classification tool.
• Facilitate communication within the innovation community to promote visibility and attractiveness of initiatives.
• Support the development of new working methods and creativity to evolve practices across the organization.
• Participate in the overall reflection on tools and methods to structure future innovations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Innovation Management, Product Design, Engineering Research and Innovation, or Marketing of Innovation.
• Curiosity and multidisciplinary approach to tackle technological challenges.
• Strong ability to engage and animate groups around common projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, across internal communication networks.
• Ability to promote innovation with pedagogy and enthusiasm.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management or innovation-related roles.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
• Understanding of market trends in innovation and technology.
