Enterprise Account Executive - Remote Role for Benelux
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Enterprise Account Executive - Remote to join our dynamic sales team at Chainguard. In this role, you will leverage your strong market knowledge to build relationships with key decision-makers, promoting secure and reliable software solutions. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be instrumental in helping our customers understand the immense value that Chainguard's offerings provide.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory to maximize revenue.
- Convey the value proposition and product differentiators to prospects and customers.
- Forecast, meet, and exceed sales quotas through effective management of inbound and outbound leads.
- Develop and manage a robust leads funnel while tracking opportunities through CRM and other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering.
- Understand the competitive landscape, staying informed about competing companies and their offerings.
- Support sales relationships by traveling to clients as needed.
- Exhibit a strong entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or developer tools.
- Must speak English fluently; additional languages (Dutch, French, German) are a plus.
- Proven track record of consistently overachieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of compute platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tooling.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn new products and processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a competitive and driven mindset.
