About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Finance Specialist to join our team at Tide, where you will have the opportunity to work remotely. In this role, you will help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) access the right finance solutions through effective communication and understanding of their unique needs. As a Sales Finance Specialist remote, you will be instrumental in transforming the small business banking market.

What You'll Do

• Engage with small business customers to understand their finance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Build and nurture relationships with commercial lending partners.
• Articulate the Funding Options by Tide proposition effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Monitor industry trends and share insights with the team.

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented work ethic with attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Experience in asset finance or a related field.
• Knowledge of the lending market and finance products.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
