What You'll Do

• Execute operational processes and business workflows accurately and in a timely manner.
• Operate internal tools and systems used to support royalty collection and allocation processes.
• Maintain operational records and ensure data is processed correctly within operational systems.
• Perform cross-checks and validation of operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies or anomalies in operational data and investigate underlying causes.
• Gather and analyze operational requirements from business teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational questions or issues.
• Communicate with customers or partners to explain operational processes or resolve complex matters when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Financial Mathematics preferred.
• Experience in business operations or operational process improvement environments is beneficial.
• Strong mathematical or analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex systems and operational workflows.
• High attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Methodical and conscientious working style.
• Interest in learning new operational tools and specialist knowledge.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the patent or licensing industry is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience working in a corporate environment is helpful but not essential.
