Retail Assistant - Flexible Shifts

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team at Primark in Bury, England. This Retail Assistant remote position offers you the chance to work in a dynamic retail environment while providing exceptional customer service. You will be part of a team that values passion and high standards, ensuring that every customer has an amazing experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide customers with an amazing experience by assisting them with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns.
• Maintain a visually appealing shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and a sales floor that showcases the latest fashions.
• Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns efficiently.
• Receive, unpack, and check off new deliveries to ensure products are available for customers.
• Ensure all products are correctly priced and meet our high standards before they hit the sales floor.

Requirements

• Passion for people and creating an amazing customer experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and share ideas effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team player with high motivation and a positive attitude.
• Interest in fashion and keeping up with the latest styles and trends.
