Restaurant Leader - Relocation Required

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Leader to join our team at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. This is a unique opportunity for individuals willing to relocate to various locations across the United States. As a Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the success of your restaurant.

What You'll Do

• Lead the restaurant team in achieving sales and profit growth while maintaining operational standards.
• Manage hiring and training processes for management-level crewmembers.
• Forecast and budget for restaurant financial success.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and laws.
• Monitor profit and loss statements and develop strategies for improvement.
• Provide exemplary customer service and uphold Raising Cane's culture standards.
• Utilize various technology systems, including Microsoft Office, to support operations.
• Act as the manager on duty, overseeing daily operations and cash handling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience required.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience with new restaurant openings and local marketing is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for work-related functions and training.

Nice to Have

• Some college education preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Familiarity with restaurant profitability metrics.
