About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at Dataiku. As a key member of our support organization, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers navigate technical challenges related to our Everyday AI Platform (DSS). This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a global team.

What You'll Do

  • Provide expert technical support to APJ and global customers, addressing issues related to installation, security, and integration with big data technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Utilize your knowledge of AI and data science technologies to assist customers in maximizing their use of our platform.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your expertise and insights.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or AI environment.
  • Strong understanding of data science technologies and big data integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively assist customers.
  • Experience with customer support tools and ticketing systems.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and practices.
  • Experience in a distributed team environment.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
