About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Supply Chain Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our supply chain operations. As a Remote Supply Chain Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise in full-cycle recruiting to build a diverse talent pipeline and enhance our recruitment strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for supply chain positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques and AI tools, to identify and attract top candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Enhance candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline recruitment workflows and increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in supply chain or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions in logistics, procurement, or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with technical recruiting or design recruiting.
  • Familiarity with SAP and other supply chain management tools.
  • Background in journalism or reporting is a plus.
