What You'll Do
- Listen and respond to consumer comments and questions in the brand tone, driving further engagement and brand love.
- Provide on-brand responses to influencers and consumers, fostering a positive community.
- Track trends, community conversations, and creator content to identify opportunities for the brand to react with entertaining content.
- Monitor feeds for relevant opportunities to inject the brand into culture, ensuring timely and impactful engagement.
- Spot new influencers for partnership opportunities, enhancing brand visibility and reach.
- Lead the identification of reactive opportunities and orchestrate the brand’s response to cultural moments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for brand growth.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to fit brand personality.
- Experience in tracking social media trends and community engagement metrics.
