Remote Senior Forecasting Analyst - Healthcare Analytics

About the Role

InStride Health is looking for a Remote Senior Forecasting Analyst to enhance our enterprise forecasting capabilities. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to provide specialty anxiety and OCD care through data-driven insights. As a Senior Forecasting Analyst, you will leverage advanced SQL, statistical modeling, and programming techniques to improve our predictive models and ensure accuracy in our forecasts.

What You'll Do

• Own and maintain existing forecasting models while continuously challenging and improving their accuracy.
• Utilize advanced SQL and statistical modeling techniques to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate forecasting capabilities into business strategies.
• Develop and implement new forecasting methodologies to enhance predictive accuracy.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to forecasting outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in forecasting, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in healthcare analytics is a plus.
