About the Role

We are looking for a Medical Assistant (Remote) to join our flexible pool positions at Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus Dresden. What You'll Do

• Perform administrative tasks related to patient care, including organizing patient presentations and managing medical documentation.
• Support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as monitoring vital signs and assisting with tests.
• Prepare, conduct, and document delegated medical activities, including blood draws and EKGs.
• Train and onboard new staff and interns to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in scientific projects and clinical studies to advance healthcare practices.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent qualification.
• Friendly demeanor and a passion for patient interaction.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in various clinical areas.
• Responsible, independent, and structured work approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
