About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Audience Development Executive to join our team at Green Street. This role is pivotal in shaping the quality and influence of our event audiences. As an Audience Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and confirming senior-level individuals who qualify for complimentary attendance at our events. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the growth of our company.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct audience research and targeting by collaborating with the Data & Lead Generation Executive to maintain targeted lists of Limited Partners (LPs), General Partners (GPs), developers, and investment consultants.
  • Perform market research to identify new segments, emerging players, and high-value individuals within the infrastructure investment ecosystem.
  • Engage in personalized outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to invite key stakeholders to attend events on a complimentary basis.
  • Communicate the value proposition of each event clearly and compellingly, tailoring messaging to different audience types.
  • Manage the invitation pipeline from identification to confirmed attendance and track conversion metrics to continually improve outreach sequences and messaging.
  • Partner with content producers to understand event themes, speaker lineups, and topical relevance that resonate with target audiences.
  • Report weekly on audience development progress, pipeline, and metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in audience development, delegate acquisition, business development, or investor relations.
  • Strong research capabilities with excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • A high level of professionalism and confidence when engaging senior executives.
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong organization and CRM management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the infrastructure investment landscape.
  • Experience in event management or marketing.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools.
