Remote Scheduler - Gulf Arabic Speaker

About the Role

DataForce is seeking a motivated Remote Scheduler to work remotely from the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling recording sessions for one of our Data Collection projects taking place in Dubai, UAE. This Remote Scheduler position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to exciting AI projects.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and manage appointments for recording sessions.
• Communicate effectively with participants to ensure smooth logistics.
• Utilize your organizational skills to manage schedules and appointments efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with project coordinators and team members.
• Participate in training days prior to project start to ensure readiness.

Requirements

• Fluent in Gulf Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills for data entry and scheduling tasks.
• Detail-oriented and flexible in managing schedules.
• Experience in customer service and team environments is preferred.
• Must have a computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
