About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Lavendo, a boutique recruiting agency specializing in sales, GTM, and tech roles for fast-growing startups. As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing exceptional candidates for our clients. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring availability for team syncs and client calls during US Pacific Time hours.

What You'll Do

• Proactively source candidates using outreach tools, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct HR screening calls and assess candidate fit for open roles.
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate clearly with clients and candidates.
• Meet weekly activity targets and monthly placement goals.
• Share ideas, flag issues early, and contribute to team improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent English is a must for conducting calls and writing outreach.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Coachability and curiosity, welcoming feedback and eager to learn.
• Experience in any outbound or client-facing role is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales, customer success, account management, or recruiting.
