What You'll Do

• Write high-quality, well-designed, and well-tested Python software that meets the needs of our global clients.
• Collaborate proactively with a distributed team of engineers and developers to deliver exceptional software solutions.
• Engage in debugging and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality code and seamless functionality.
• Contribute to technical documentation, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for users and developers alike.
• Participate in global team events, traveling twice a year to meet colleagues in exciting locations.

Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record with a degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Demonstrated experience in writing maintainable Python code, showcasing your passion for open-source software.
• Familiarity with Linux environments, preferably Debian or Ubuntu.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive and organized approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Nice to Have

• Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Golang or Rust.
• Familiarity with REST and gRPC APIs, as well as SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with public cloud services or OpenStack.
