Remote Project Manager - Healthcare SaaS

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the healthcare SaaS industry. As a Remote Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful implementation of software solutions that enhance client operations and improve patient care. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban to enhance project efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement change management strategies to mitigate project risks.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams and clients to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of any changes or challenges.
• Support client onboarding processes and provide troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks, including PMBOK, PRINCE2, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven experience in stakeholder coordination and vendor management.
• Ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Experience with software implementation and digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with data integration and CRM management.

Nice to Have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in healthcare IT or medical devices.
• Knowledge of data management practices.
