Remote Product Owner for Healthcare Apps

About the Role

HealthTalk is seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Product Owner for Healthcare Apps to lead the development and management of our innovative healthcare applications. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and healthcare professionals to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure that our products meet the needs of users and stakeholders. Your passion for healthcare technology and user-centered design will drive the success of our digital health solutions.

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Manage the product backlog and sprint planning sessions.
• Conduct market and user research to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the application.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
• Act as the liaison between technical teams and healthcare stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in healthcare or related domains.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry, regulations, and user needs.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Technical background or familiarity with healthcare app development is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field.
