What You'll Do

• Define and maintain the product line strategy across consumer and small business lending products, including installment loans, lines of credit, and charge cards.
• Create and steward Product Guidelines that ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Drive new solution launches from end to end, optimizing existing offerings to meet market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with risk and compliance requirements.
• Engage with fintech partnerships to enhance our product portfolio and expand financial access.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, specifically in lending or financial services.
• Strong understanding of credit, payments, and fintech partnerships.
• Proven ability to drive product strategy and execution in a regulated environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
