Remote Operations Manager - Join a Growing Staffing Firm

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Operations Manager to join RS Global Staffing, a rapidly growing company dedicated to connecting top-tier Peruvian talent with small to mid-sized companies across the United States. As a Remote Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our staffing services.

What You'll Do

• Oversee recruiting processes and ensure timely completion of hiring cycles in collaboration with the head recruiter.
• Review applicants and conduct prep sessions and final interviews with top candidates.
• Provide clients with updates and insights on hiring progress.
• Lead and supervise all processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and managing internal systems.
• Ensure documentation, trackers, and client updates are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee invoicing and receivables, ensuring timely follow-ups for unpaid invoices.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop strategies for improving retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required).
• Proven ability to manage and oversee diverse administrative processes with minimal oversight.
• Professional experience in a related field (3.5 years minimum).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.) and a suitable computer setup.
• Advanced English proficiency (Required).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Suites, Papaya Global, DocuSign, QuickBooks.
