About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Mid-Market Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Cypress.io. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving customer retention and expansion, ensuring that our clients derive maximum value from our software testing solutions. As a Remote Mid-Market Account Manager, you will engage with organizations that have between 51 and 2,499 employees, helping them evolve their testing strategies and achieve their development goals.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing success with Cypress.io.
  • Drive retention and expansion by identifying new teams, additional products, and increased usage opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Solutions Consultants to provide tailored support and solutions to clients.
  • Manage renewals proactively, ensuring that conversations feel like a natural continuation of the relationship.
  • Share insights on product usage and updates regularly, fostering a sense of partnership with clients.
  • Communicate technical concepts in a clear and relatable manner, ensuring customers understand the value of the Cypress Platform.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance their experience.
  • Participate in quarterly check-ins with customers to discuss their evolving needs and how Cypress.io can support them.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving retention.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Experience in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
  • Familiarity with software testing or development processes is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
