About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Instructional Designer / Content Creator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in instructional design and content creation to develop engaging learning experiences that drive AI adoption and enhance digital skills. As a Remote Instructional Designer / Content Creator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality educational content that meets the needs of diverse learners.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop instructional materials and e-learning courses using tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted content strategies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Implement adult learning principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials through feedback and assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve learner outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends in instructional design and AI training to continuously enhance content quality.
• Support the integration of learning management systems (LMS) to facilitate content delivery and tracking.
• Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials to support customer success initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Content Creator, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience in AI training or digital skills development is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning best practices.
