Remote Global Network Administrator - IT & Network Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Global Network Administrator to provide Level 2 operational support for the organization’s global network and telephony infrastructure. This network analyst will monitor and support routers, switches, firewalls, WAN circuits, wireless infrastructure, and telephony platforms, working closely with Network Services, vendors, and other support teams to resolve incidents and restore service quickly. This is a 100% remote position with a 12-hour shift from 7 AM to 7 PM on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday.

What You'll Do

• Provide operational support for the global network infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Support WAN circuits and wireless infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Network Services and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Ensure quick restoration of services in case of outages.

Requirements

• Experience in network administration or related field.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ability to work in a 12-hour shift schedule.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
• Experience with telephony platforms.
• Knowledge of WAN technologies.
