About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Data Conversion Engineer to join our innovative team at Lumin Digital. In this role, you will be responsible for converting online banking data for new clients into the Lumin Digital platform. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients and internal teams, providing technical consultation from implementation kickoff through production launch. As a Remote Data Conversion Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and scalability of our banking solutions.

What You'll Do

• Map, load, validate, and test data received in various file formats.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve any data-related issues effectively.
• Work closely with development, services, product, and support teams in cross-functional initiatives.
• Perform technical configurations of the Lumin Digital banking product.
• Load, validate, and troubleshoot data received from external vendors.
• Ensure successful client launches by maintaining high standards of data accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in data management and conversion processes.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively in a client-facing environment.
• Experience with online banking systems or financial technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in data mapping and validation techniques.
